Parcel Collected
Your tracking number is sent to you via SMS and WhatsApp as soon as the driver collects your parcel.
In Transit
Your parcel is scanned at each branch and depot. Status updates are sent automatically.
Out for Delivery
You'll receive a notification when the driver is on their way to deliver your parcel.
Delivered
Delivery confirmation is sent to you immediately. Proof of delivery is available on request.

Frequently Asked Tracking Questions

Q: Can I track a parcel by phone number?

A: Yes! YesJa allows you to track parcels using either your tracking number or the phone number you provided at booking. Simply enter your phone number above or WhatsApp us.

Q: What are delivery cut-off times for different cities in South Africa?

A: Same-day orders must be placed by 9:00 AM for Cape Town, Johannesburg, Durban and Pretoria. For smaller towns and overnight deliveries, cut-off is 3:00 PM. Contact your nearest branch for specific cut-off times.

Q: How long does a courier from Cape Town to Johannesburg take?

A: Same-day service: delivered same business day. Overnight: next business day. Economy: 2–3 business days. Distance is approximately 1,400km.

Q: What happens if my parcel is delayed?

A: Contact us immediately on WhatsApp (+27 21 300 2511) or call 021 300 2511. All parcels are insured and we will investigate and update you within 2 hours.
